In the summer of 2017, Qiu Yong, President of Tsinghua University, gave a copy of "The Story of Art" as a gift to every incoming undergraduate freshman, hoping that by reading this book, students would learn to appreciate the beauty of art, and feel, discover, and create beauty in life.
