About This Novel
"We Sing" is a collection of interviews that Ye San has conducted with some musicians in recent years, recording the stories of twelve musicians in total. Dapeng and Xiao Guan, "Cake of Life" Wu Wei, Lao Lang, Yuan Weiren, Zhang Chu, Li Zhi, "Five People" Amao and Renke, Zhao Muyang, "Wild Children" Zhang Weiwei and Guo Long... Intermittently and in circles, Ye San put these music-related friends in her life into this "music story collection". Whether they are lyricists and music critics hidden behind the stage, or singers and performers in the spotlight, they have gathered from all corners of time and space to play a song of life about youth, dreams and freedom.
