About This Novel
"Ami" is Feng Zikai's first picture and text collection of writing and drawing cats. It is divided into two parts: "Writing Cats" and "Drawing Cats". The former part includes three essays he wrote about his own cats, and the latter part selects more than a hundred black-and-white, full-color pictures related to cats created by Feng Zikai. Feng Zikai has a special affection for cats, and he portrays all the cute and annoying aspects of cats. Cats accompany people to watch the passing of the four seasons, watch flowers blossom and fall, and spend time together in troubled times and peace. The intimate interaction between cats and people constitutes a loving world.
