This book is a collection of Qiao Qiuyuan's essays. Qiao Qiuyuan, whose real name is Qiao Zhoumian, was born in 1909. His ancestral home is Jiagou Township, Yanshi County, Henan Province. He went to Yan'an in 1938 and grew up from a scholar to an early war reporter in my country. He was mainly responsible for reporting on the Eighth Route Army's anti-Japanese war and the daily life of the people in the anti-Japanese base areas behind enemy lines. In 1942, he was transferred to the North China Edition of Xinhua Daily and served as the editor of the North China Branch of Xinhua News Agency. Died in Liao County, Shanxi Province in 1942.
