Clarkson's Farm

About This Novel
A popular car show host and columnist, a grumpy old man who has repeatedly appeared on the blacklist of the British media, a man who can't tell the difference between barley and wheat, a plant killer, suddenly wants to run a farm. The sowing period coincides with the rainy season that will occur once in decades, the growing season coincides with the driest spring on record, and the harvest period coincides with the epidemic that occurs once in a century. After working hard for a whole year, I made a net profit of 144 pounds. But he never imagined that he could get such pure joy from his Lamborghini tractor, the deer and hares in the fields, the sandwiches made from his own wheat, and the juice squeezed from his own apples. This book is the most authentic and vivid record of the "rural life" that was full of fun and trivial matters throughout the year.

I know this must be good-looking and interesting😄I will like it very much😝😝😝😄😝😝😝😄
Relaxing and comfortable, a good book for reducing stress
Relaxing and comfortable, a good book for reducing stress
The language is humorous and the details reflect the whole system. It is different from ours and it broadens our horizons.
I found the documentary on Baidu because I was curious about foreign farms. I didn't watch much of the documentary, but I finished reading the book. Although the author is a layman, this book is full of "dry information". A large number of fragments of images of foreign farms came to mind: goats jumping nearly one meter high on the spot, the display screen in the drill cab, an old man (the author) carefully holding a chainsaw, mountains of seeds, and a Lamborghini tractor that was useless except for its size. It is always exciting to learn about a new world. I have shared it with my brother in a small voice. In the end, we concluded that it is fun for rich people to start a farm - you see the author, when you are in trouble, you spend money, money is the cure for all problems.
As expected of a native British man 😑
I watched the documentary and then read the book. The third season is currently out, and Amazon has confirmed the renewal for the fourth season.
