Love, Do We Understand?

About This Novel
Unfortunately, it was another annoying weekend. My parents were out, but I was still the only one left at home. I had nothing to do, so I ran to the balcony, casually playing with the petals of the bright roses with both hands, while looking boredly at the people coming and going on the street downstairs, and at the endless flow of cars. In a season when everything revives and spring flowers bloom, when everyone is still immersed in the joy of spring. Because an inexplicable disease continued to spread in Beijing, which was later confirmed to be SARS, a war without gunpowder began in Beijing. A layer of fear enveloped the sky above Beijing. Everyone took various protective measures to ensure their own safety. The distance between people began to increase, as if everyone was independent. In this war without gunpowder, each of us has learned a lesson, and we all know how to cherish health and build civilization. Some of them have left this world, their families, their parents or their children because of SARS. This tragedy continues to unfold. It turns an originally beautiful season into a sad one. I think everyone will remember this spring of 2003.
