Chekhov is a world-class master of short stories in Russia and the last critical realist art master in Russia in the late 19th century. Together with the French writer Maupassant and the American writer O. Henry, he is known as one of the "three major short story writers in the world". This collection contains 10 short stories, all of which describe urban life. The author describes the miserable fate of young intellectuals under the unreasonable social system: depression and sadness, or degeneration and vulgarity.

There are so many ideas. If you haven't stolen, you haven't stolen. If you want to leave, just be decisive. One has a lot of internal drama, and the other has no future.
