About This Novel
In ancient times, primitive ancestors used simple tools to transform the world. In their social practice, they created ancient myths. The content of myths involves all aspects of the natural environment and social life, and expresses their understanding and wishes of natural and social phenomena in the form of stories. These ancient myths became the source of narratives in later novels, and they possess the two basic elements of novels: characters and plot. After the ancient myths, fables, historical biographies and various legends from the Pre-Qin period also became the source of narrative narratives in later generations, and developed further. The mature fables at that time already had a relatively complete structure, characters and historical background, which laid a favorable foundation for the maturity of later novels.
