About This Novel

This is a collection of short stories that records many legendary figures in Medicine Capital (now Bozhou, Anhui), including well-known heroes such as Laozi, Zhuangzi, Hua Tuo, Cao Cao, Zhang Liang, Chen Tuan, and Hua Mulan, as well as strange people who wandered in the market. Most of the stories written in "People of Medicine Capital" were recorded by people before the Republic of China. Each article is written about one person. They are unrelated to each other but have their own unique and wonderful stories, which are collected in this book.
