About This Novel
In the Qingyi industry, Xiao Yanqiu felt that she was not playing Chang'e, but she herself was Chang'e. Twenty years ago, in order to grab the role of Chang'e, she picked up a cup of hot water and poured it on the face of her mentor Li Xuefen. This cup of hot water filled with jealousy extinguished Xiao Yanqiu's dream of a dream in Qingyi. She had to leave the troupe and teach in an opera school. Away from the stage, her life is just like that of Chang'e, only boring repetition and dead cold perfunctory. Twenty years later, the troupe was in decline and Tsing Yi was in decline. At the dinner table, the cigarette factory owner's funds came to the table, giving the troupe hope again and allowing Xiao Yanqiu to see the opportunity to recover "Chang'e". After twenty years of waiting and suffering, Xiao Yanqiu tried her best and failed to regain the charm of Tsing Yi back then. However, Chun Lai, the apprentice she trained with her own hands, had the charm of Chang'e that she could not match. After several struggles, Xiao Yanqiu, who seemed desperate, decided to let Chun Lai regain her dream of "Chang'e" for her. But when the curtain opened, she understood that there was only one Chang'e in the world, and that was Xiao Yanqiu, and she could only be Xiao Yanqiu. She would risk her life to return to the stage...

Illusion and redemption: a woman's various attitudes
Xiao Yanqiu's journey to Chang'e is a microcosm of many women's lives. Just like Chang'e who felt lonely and lost under the dazzling light of Hou Yi's sun, many women are also frustrated in their lives. They long for freedom, to escape from a life under the gaze of men, and to perform on their own stage. Youth is a woman's greatest capital and her greatest enemy in pursuit of freedom. Yanqiu's old age cannot compete with the youth in spring, just like the afternoon in the rehearsal room. Yanqiu exchanged his body for Chang'e's performance, and the resemblance to Chunlai became a tragedy. There are many more thoughts, so please taste them carefully. I won't go into details.

I've only watched part of it so far, but I think it's pretty good
Tsing Yi written by Bi Feiyu tells the life story of a drama actor. The heroine Xiao Yanqiu is a born Tsing Yi actress, and she brings Chang'e to life. But after she was hidden for 20 years, the boss of the cigarette factory funded the revival of "To the Moon"
Xiao Yanqiu was burdened by the title of Chang'e. For the sake of the false name of Chang'e, she betrayed her virginity, hurt her husband, and killed her own body! How sad!
You Yanqiu originally played the role of Ben Yue in Tsing Yi. She was very popular at the time but was young and energetic. She scalded a colleague with boiling water for her artistic beliefs and was hidden from the world. Later she got married and a boss re-invested in her to play the role of Ben Yue.
The marriage between Mian Gua and Xiao Yanqiu seems illusory because of the latter's extreme self-care, while Mian Gua becomes insignificant because he cannot truly enter Xiao Yanqiu's spiritual world.
