About This Novel
This is a long novel that expresses social life in urban and rural areas. The novel tells the story of restless young people in Wazhuang who wandered outside and finally found a career in the city. However, driven by desire, they are lost in power and try to combine capital with power to realize their dreams. Their dream is to save the countryside single-handedly, but little do they know that in the process of saving, they have already committed crimes. They are unable to save rural civilization and even commit suicide. The novel depicts how a group of people, that is, the pioneers from the countryside, entered the city in the past thirty years, and how they both wanted to save but also voluntarily fell. It can be seen from this that the current spiritual dilemma encountered in the process of urbanization in China provides a perspective for thinking.
