When the moon was in the sky, Sanyang was still sitting next to Teacher Xia and had not returned home. He was holding a paper sign in his arms, following Teacher Xia's eyes with his eyes, and looking at the black sycamore leaves at Teacher Xia's feet. Someone or a dog passed by the door of Teacher Xia's house. Teacher Xia laughed for a while, then looked at the shadow of the person or dog walking away and said, "Do you want phoenix leaves?" After Teacher Xia finished speaking, Sanyang looked at the people and dogs walking away on the road, and said again: "Do you want a phoenix leaf?" When there was no one and no dog, Sanyang grabbed one of Teacher Xia's fingers, pointed at the words on the paper sign in the moonlight, and read each word in a low voice: "Now-action-counter-revolutionary-revolutionary-sub-little-crawling-insect."
