This is a beautiful coming-of-age novel. A stunning lighthouse on the sea, a three week vacation. Fourteen teenagers are ushering in a wonderful summer, a summer intertwined with friendship, love and small frictions. Samuel always wants to quarrel with everyone. Fran is too shy to talk to people. Armand, a boy who escaped from the war. There is also Lin, a thirteen-year-old girl who prefers to be alone than making friends with her classmates... However, an unexpected discovery in the cave at the foot of the lighthouse changes everything. A strange pattern carved on the cave wall drives them to trace a mysterious and romantic love story. Behind every boy there is a unique story, unknown pain and carefully guarded secrets. In the end, everyone dedicates their story to the lighthouse and reconciles with themselves.
