In Morocco in the 1950s, during the political turmoil, a pair of roommates who were once inseparable met unexpectedly in the ancient Moroccan city of Tangier. Always fearless and independent, Lucy helps Alice get out of her apartment and explore the country. But soon, a familiar feeling began to hit Alice. The man beside her disappeared again, and John was missing. Alice begins to question everything around her, whether Lucy is as dangerous as she thought, or whether it is all just an endless illusion.
