About This Novel
"Coloratura" takes the search for the protagonist Ge Ren as the basic clue and solves the mystery of Ge Ren's life and death as the structural center. It describes Ge Ren's life circumstances, political pursuits and love experiences in his short life, and tells the story of his personal destiny in historical turmoil. The most distinctive feature of the novel is that it uses the oral accounts of three parties and a large number of quotations to complete the narrative. Many characters in the book have different temperaments and identities.
