About This Novel

"Song of the Prophet" fearlessly depicts a society that is about to collapse, and records the story of an ordinary family struggling to survive in the torrent of the times. A mother fights to save her family. A dark and wet rainy night in Dublin. There was a knock on the door, and Eilish Stark, a scientist and mother of four, went to answer the door and found two police officers on her steps. The two delivered word that the GNSB, Ireland's new secret police force, was interrogating her husband, a trade unionist. As Ireland falls apart and the country succumbs to tyranny, Eilish can only watch helplessly as the world she knows disappears bit by bit. This terrifying society brought about a nightmare logic system. Her husband and eldest son disappeared one after another, and Eilish found herself trapped in it. What price is Eilish willing to pay to save her family? What-or rather, who-was she willing to leave behind?
