About This Novel
"Bashan Night Rain" was written in 1946 after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War and began to be serialized in 1946. It took more than three years to complete at the end of 1948. It is Zhang Henshui's "painful lesson" work. With a cold and rational writing style, the author takes the lead in exploring the national psychology while accusing the war atrocities of the Japanese invaders.
