Cabin on the Prairie
About This Novel
This book tells the story of the Ingalls family leaving the big forest and coming to live on the grasslands of Kansas in the western United States. On the surface, this article describes the life scenes of a family, but in fact it reflects the experiences and tribulations of the early American pioneers. In the article, the life of the Ingalls family was very difficult. When they first arrived on the prairie, the family had nothing. They relied on the deft hands of their father and mother to build the cabin bit by bit and make life move towards their ideals. The Ingalls family was always filled with laughter and joy. They faced hardships with strength and bravely found their own way of life. The author Roland Ingalls Wilder once said that her purpose in creating the "Log Cabin" series was to "tell her childhood stories to today's children and let them understand the evolution of American history" and to let children understand the qualities of "bravery, self-reliance, self-reliance, sincerity, and helping others." "Whether in the past or now, they can help us overcome various difficulties and hardships." Indeed, her works have made her desire a goal pursued by generations of readers, inspiring them to overcome difficulties and embrace the future.

The writing is fluent, and often has a magical touch, the so-called "leopard's tail". It is a novel attempt to write from the perspective of a lion. I have to admit that the author wrote it very successfully. She wrote about the cruelty of the grassland and the struggle for survival in a naked way, but at the same time there was no lack of warmth. There is no pretentiousness or pettiness common among female authors. This work made me change some of my prejudices against female online authors.
