"The Magic Mountain" is the masterpiece of Nobel Prize winner Thomas Mann. The novel is centered on a sanatorium and describes many feudal nobles and bourgeois figures in Europe, including Prussian officers, Russian ladies, Dutch colonists, Jesuits...
