About This Novel
Mr. He Jianming is from Suzhou, Jiangsu. He joined the Chinese People's Liberation Army in January 1976. By 1988, he had served as a news officer for regiments, divisions, armies, and arms, and as a newspaper reporter. From 1989 to 1992, he changed his career and worked as a reporter and editor in a central newspaper. He is currently the deputy editor-in-chief and editor-in-chief of "Chinese Writers" and a postgraduate student majoring in literature and philosophy. He is the vice president of the Chinese Reportage Society, the vice president of the Chinese Environmental Literature Research Association, and a member of the Chinese Writers Association. This book is based on the documentary novel "Taizhou Peasant Revolutionary Storm (Rewriting the History of China's Rural Reform and Opening Up)".
