The chapter "Looking at the Sea Tide" contains 10 essays, which mainly record every bit of life on the island, such as "Night Walk in the Mountain Village", "Camphor Tree on the Island", "Double Shadow of the Green Mountain", etc. The chapter "Yu Ge Zi" contains 10 essays, which mainly show the author measuring every piece of land in his hometown with his footsteps and expressing his love for his hometown with articles, such as "The Shadow of an Old Man in Mengjue" and "Haixia Girl".
