About This Novel
It is difficult to write Chinese characters, especially when using a knife to carve oracle bones or lacquer to write on bamboo slips. It is impossible to use a computer like today, and a large version can be written in a few minutes. Therefore, ancient prose is the most concise and contains less nonsense. This is a specialty of our ancestors and should not be thrown away easily. Zhong Shuhe copied several short articles over the years. The short standard is that they should not exceed one hundred Chinese characters, and they must be independent articles. Now I will select some of them and explain them slightly for the benefit of readers. To borrow a sentence from Zheng Banqiao: "There are some benefits, let's take a look; if there are no benefits, it's just a window covering and a wall covering."

But, is this considered selling books or words? Not to mention that I don't respect knowledge, but if everyone in the world is like this, chances are that no one will read it. Wail! Can it be the same as before? Since ancient times? Is it purely about wealth? ...

What is useful under current conditions may become useless when conditions change; and what is useless, if removed, will affect what is useful. This may be the use of "useless". Naturally, "useless" has also become useful.
The most ingenious aspect of this book is that the author kept the concept of "literature and history irrespective of family" in mind when selecting and editing articles. It goes without saying that chapters such as "Ten Strategies of the Warring States" and "Ten Zhuangzi" are simply selected from the original works that the author thinks are suitable for his grandchildren to read.

This book is catchy, easy to understand, yet addictive. It brings together the works of many famous writers, allowing us to learn their shortcomings, master the essence of Chinese characters, and learn to write under the charm of famous classical Chinese.
