About This Novel

Nearly a hundred years ago, a batch of popular and beautifully bound "pocket books" came out one after another, which were called "little novels" series. Its content is mostly based on adaptations of classic novels, with simple text, lively materials, and bright and attractive covers that make it interesting. It can be enjoyed by lovers of literature and history, and is also a popular reading book for school education, family education, and public education. It's a pity that it lasted for a long time, and now many of them have been lost. In order to "resurrect" this batch of excellent traditional cultural readings, a total of 106 kinds of "small novels" collected by the Shanghai Library have been collected. They are divided into six volumes according to their contents, including military, history, martial arts, legends and world affairs, covering various types, and focusing on the development level and artistic characteristics of my country's classical vernacular novels. This volume of "Yin Yang Bell" includes eighteen traditional Chinese ghost novels.
