About This Novel

"Sun Tzu" is "Sun Tzu's Art of War". The whole book consists of "Plan", "Combat", "Planning Attack", "Shape", "Position", "Virtual Reality", "Military Struggle", "Nine Changes", "March", "Topography", "Nine Places", " "Fire Attack" and "Yongjian" are composed of thirteen chapters, covering strategic planning, combat command, and battlefield maneuvers. It is the earliest existing military book in the world, and has been recognized by countries around the world as the most philosophical and most lasting influence on the art of war. "New Annotations of Sun Tzu" is one of the "Newly Compiled and New Annotations of Thirteen Classics" edited by Mr. Yuan Xingpei. It is based on the Ming Dynasty "Tao Zang" edition of "Tao Zang" photocopied by Zhonghua Book Company in 1961 and "The Song Edition of Eleven Annotations of Sun Tzu" as the base. Annotations follow the results of predecessors and list important differences; explanations are to expand on certain key points in the annotations; dialectics are to make appropriate judgments on important concepts and judgments in the book as well as different opinions in the academic community.
