About This Novel

In 1931, Japan launched the September 18th Incident, occupied Northeast China, and established the puppet Manchukuo, which was strongly condemned by the international community. In order to make the world accept the lie of Sino-Japanese friendship and Sino-Japanese co-prosperity, the Japanese Emperor arranged for Yoshiko Kawashima to accompany the puppet Manchukuo Emperor Aisin Gioro Puyi in November 1939 to inspect Fuxin, which the Japanese called a model mining area, and invited international media to come for interviews, thereby deceiving the international community. However, the anti-Japanese struggle of the people of Fuxin shattered the Japanese political conspiracy, making the pseudo-emperor Puyi's trip to Fuxin a thrilling and sad journey. Fuxin Station was heavily guarded. Groups of heavily armed Japanese soldiers and pseudo-policemen stood guard with guns on the platform.
