About This Novel
This book is a novella about the harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature. It is based on the unfortunate accident of the "Gray Shark" ship in the early 1950s. It tells the story of the highly educated Caiyun girl and a new baby boy on the ship living on the deserted Ping An Island where the sky and water merge.
