"Concession" writes an illusory historical event in Shanghai in 1931. In May 1931, the cruise ship Bora Plus slowly approached the north bank of the Huangpu River. A personal representative of a Nanjing dignitary was shot dead as soon as he boarded the French Concession pier. His wife Leng Xiaoman disappeared and became a wanted criminal.
