Bai Li, the finance minister of Jianglu City Construction and Development Group, was deceived by bank president Fu Qiang, embezzled public funds and fled with a huge amount of money. After the incident, it led to the corruption of a series of state-owned enterprise officials such as group chairman Mu Ya and group personnel director Zhang Jianghai. Under the tough anti-corruption attitude of Pu Xiaoxi, the secretary of the municipal party committee, Moore secretly sent Sun Ming, director of the group office, out of the country to find Bai Li in order to protect himself, in order to silence him. Unexpectedly, Sun Ming was negligent and failed to succeed. Bai Li and Fu Qiang were successfully arrested by the police. As a result, Mu Ya became mentally disturbed and Jianglu City's anti-corruption campaign achieved good results.
