About This Novel

"Going to Swann's House" is the first volume of the multi-volume novel "In Search of Lost Time" by the famous 20th century French novelist Proust. The book is divided into three parts, the first part is "Combray", the second part is "Svann's Love", and the third part is "Places and Place Names; Place Names". At the end of the book is a summary of each section. This book is one of the "Collected Works of Zhou Kexi's Translations" published by East China Normal University Press, which accurately and vividly demonstrates the original author's beautiful and unique stream-of-consciousness style. The translator of the new version, the famous translator Mr. Zhou Kexi, has revised it again and made it more perfect.

"The best books make clear what you've been feeling for a long time, but never been able to express." In this noisy, impetuous, and blindly pursuing "speed" society, being able to read this book is a kind of enjoyment in itself, as if you are floating in the vast ocean of thoughts - both comfortable and shocking. If you are not used to the ups and downs of Proust's thinking, you may fall asleep⊙ω⊙
