The story begins when Su Jing saw a post about the "Resurrection Room" on a campus forum, and then she met a black and white cat with a scar on the corner of its right eye. The cat's abnormal behavior and subsequent death plunged Su Jing into fear. Later, Su Jing and her roommates began to have the same nightmare, in which they were harassed by cats. Su Jing also found an old cleaning woman with the same scar on the right corner of her right eye, and accidentally ate the cat meat given by the old woman. As the investigation deepened, Su Jing exposed the scandal of the school canteen contractor secretly hunting and killing stray cats and dogs. After the incident subsided, Su Jing discovered that the cleaning staff and the room did not exist, leaving only an old photo as a clue.
