The people in the mountains call them herbal doctors. Nanshan people eat whole grains, live in thatched low houses, and do hard work. They tend to suffer from some serious diseases, especially blisters, boils, and carbuncles. In the past, there used to be a herbalist named Xiao Dechou in Xiangdongzigou in Nanshan. He was the best at curing blister and other miscellaneous diseases. Everyone called him Xiao blister.
