About This Novel
This book is a new generation science fiction novel written by Liu Cixin in mainland China. Numerous large soap bubbles are used to carry moist air into the interior, thus regulating the climate. The South-to-North Water Diversion Project, which is currently highly controversial and expensive, seems much smaller than the Soap Bubble Project. Technically, how to create super liquids is still a dream.

The name Yuanyuan really goes well with soap bubbles, and she doesn't cry or fuss but is only interested in soap bubbles. This is also some potential connection between her and soap bubbles. She will like it even when she grows up.

Bubbles
A eloquent short science fiction story with more than 10,000 words, but still enjoyable to read. I am always moved when reading Liu's books. It is difficult to describe this kind of touching in detail. It is probably the most primitive kind of touching when human beings look up at the stars for the first time. Although the novel is very short, everything it wants to talk about is also shown. The coincidence of Yuanyuan's name and her love of bubbles is somewhat mysterious and magical. I am really moved by the fact that people like Yuanyuan can maintain their love for one thing from birth to decades. People like Yuanyuan are so special. They have simply refreshed my understanding of human beings and my thinking on the meaning of life. She will not be affected by the dust and smoke of reality. She is like a spotless fairy, or a messenger, focusing on what she likes most, and only this one thing, doing it to the extreme, and gaining happiness through continuous efforts, progress, innovation and perfection. She will not let good or bad factors from the outside influence her choices. She just quietly does her own thing.
