About This Novel
Liu Cixin: All my works are parodies of "2001: A Space Odyssey"! The supreme masterpiece in the history of science fiction literature! In the past 50 years, it has influenced almost all science fiction works of later generations: "Three-Body", "The Wandering Earth", "Interstellar", "Star Wars", "Avatar", "The Matrix", "Gravity", "Arrival", "Alien", "Flying to Space", "Close Encounters of the Third Kind", "Artificial Intelligence", "Terminator", "Contact", "Prometheus"... It was selected into the list of the top 100 science fiction and fantasy novels of all time by National Public Radio, "Locus" magazine and the British "Guardian". Selected as one of the top 100 must-read science fiction and fantasy novels selected by American book e-commerce companies! The film adaptation of the same name, directed by Stanley Kubrick, tops all science fiction movie lists! A grand idea about human exploration of space and ourselves! Known as "touching the ceiling of human imagination"! Humanity's imagination of space ends with "2001: A Space Odyssey"! Arthur C. Clarke, Asimov and Heinlein are known as the "Three Giants of 20th Century Science Fiction" and are known as the kings of science fiction. He created more than 100 works in his lifetime, which were translated into more than 40 languages. The total sales volume of his works was more than 100 million copies. Arthur Clark is known as the great space prophet of the 20th century. Many of his predictions about space technology have come true. The orbit of the geostationary satellite was named the "Clarke orbit" because of him. "2001: A Space Odyssey" is Arthur C. Clarke's most famous and recognized masterpiece!

A very good science fiction novel!
The granddaddy of science fiction novels is well worth reading but still very esoteric in places.
The granddaddy of science fiction novels is well worth reading but still very esoteric in places.
What the book talks about is a cosmic conversion device that allows people to travel through unimaginable dimensions of time and space and travel between galaxies. Without the rapid and free transmission back and forth across time and space, interstellar travel by alien intelligence would be impossible.
imagination
How to understand it in the end? It can be said that as big as the heart is, the universe is big. Evolving to the end, it is the conscious body. Civilizations at higher latitudes may be more rational and intelligent
A thought-provoking novel with unparalleled imagination.
Just a stone tablet arrogantly demonstrated to mankind the huge energy of that civilization.
Awesome, touched the ceiling of imagination
No wonder Liu said that all his works are parodies of this book. It is indeed true.
Bowman became a "marionette" of distant and powerful ideas, a pawn on the chessboard of the gods. His actions followed the faint inspiration in his heart. Without "their" next instructions, he didn't know what to do. He becomes a tool that "they" set out to detect when they need it, and sleep in the black stone when they don't. If Hal hadn't come to the Blackstone later, and as a supercomputer gradually probed the interior of the Blackstone, Bowman's "independent consciousness" would not have risen.
Let's take a good look at what we can do.
Moonwatcher should be the first person to show their differences in public. Although Moon Watcher's wisdom was not shown, he gave me a different feeling. The current Moon-Watcher has no obvious emotions or obvious thoughts.
