About This Novel
In April 1878, the fourth year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty, there was a severe drought in North China, and millions of people died of famine. A girl from the Wuqi tribe brought Kun into the Central Plains to relieve the Jiang family from being trapped in Qingzhou, so she got her name: Jiang Duo.
