About This Novel
One day during the summer vacation of 2019, Lu An, who was in middle school in City B, accidentally discovered a mysterious note in his grandma's sewing bag, which seemed to be related to the ancient desert city in Xinjiang. In order to unlock this secret, Lu An and three classmates participated in the Xinjiang Desert Travel Summer Camp and visited their grandma whom they had not seen for many years, starting a magical desert adventure. The story didn't go smoothly, and the mystery wasn't revealed quickly. During the desert adventure, Lu An and his classmates experienced many tests such as losing their way, encountering quicksand, gold-eating ants, water and food shortages, and compass failure. With bravery, wisdom and love, they gained happiness and growth.
