About This Novel
The history of Hubei's modernization in the late Qing Dynasty is rich in content and grand in momentum, and is an important part of China's early modernization history. This book does not stick to the theoretical interpretation of modernization. It collects relevant historical materials as much as possible, focuses on describing the historical disguises related to modernization in Hubei in the late Qing Dynasty, and also explores the internal mechanism of the emergence and movement of such disguises. As far as the specific framework is concerned, this article is divided into two parts, both vertically and horizontally. The first part takes time as the axis and focuses on the historical dynamic process of Hubei modernization in the late Qing Dynasty; the second part is a horizontal analysis and mainly discusses the internal mechanism of Hubei modernization in the late Qing Dynasty.
