I Am Heine, Who Am I Afraid Of?
by Tiger Head
About This Novel
In the history of German poetry, Heine, a handsome man with a handsome face and a beautiful tree facing the wind, was only half a step ahead of Goethe. This handsome boy with brown eyes and blond hair, wearing a colorful vest and a soft scarf, is a Jew and a Protestant. Protestantism is Christianity. Christianity was originally a sect of Judaism. Jesus was a Jew. "Christ" comes from the Greek word Christos, and the Jewish Hebrew name is "Messiah", which means "anointed". According to the Old Testament, after the king of Israel is elected, the prophet will anoint his body and pour anointing oil on his head to prove that he has been appointed king by the command of Jehovah (God). Later the Messiah (Christ) evolved into the "Savior" of Judaism. The Jews believed that the world would eventually be saved, but that the Messiah (Christ) had not yet come. But Jesus declared that he was the Christ.
