Son-in-law Version of the Spy
About This Novel
Bao Dazhuang traveled to the Guan family, a wealthy family in Yulan City during the Anti-Japanese War. He was a wretched-looking son-in-law from the Republic of China who was despised by everyone. His occupation is as a translator in the Military Police, which is just a daily document translation. Only when Bao Dazhuang actually became a traitor did he realize that it was completely different from the spy movies of his previous life. Bao Dazhuang was at best a half-baked spy. However, because of his timid, selfish, and muddled character, he had repeatedly avoided the probing and screening of the little devils, hiding deeper and more naturally. Bao Dazhuang, who was neither a good person nor a good person in both his lifetimes, experienced the brutal period of the Anti-Japanese War and struggled with blood and fire, and gradually transformed into a true Anti-Japanese War warrior.

The preface does not match the postscript
Are there many chapters missing? I feel like the chapters don't match up.
Although this book is not watery
I haven't read Chapter 20. Although I didn't see the hydrology, it was too long-winded.
