It conducts in-depth interviews with management representatives from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, the owner unit of the Bridge Authority. Through in-depth documentary interviews, the story behind the construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is presented. The book is divided into six chapters. It describes the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the world's maritime super bridge known as one of the "Seven Wonders of the Modern World", under what circumstances, location, people and background it was built; what global problems it has overcome to reflect China's transformation from a major bridge-building country in the world to a powerful bridge-building country in the world; and how more than 20,000 builders achieved this great leap from manufacturing to "intelligent manufacturing" and from traditional craftsmanship to modern industrial civilization.
