This book is also great
I have read several modern books by Professor Zhang Ming, and this book is also great.
The writing can be a bit long-winded, like a resentful woman recounting history.
The writing can be a bit long-winded, like a resentful woman recounting history.
The last part of this book is so well written, it is a commentary on this era and the peasant uprising.
