About This Novel

When spring first came, Lihua was invited to her home by the captain of her class. The captain invited her to eat two plums and then asked her to sit on the sofa while he stood in front of her and changed clothes one by one. Lihua sat uneasily, sucking two plum blossoms in her mouth, rolling them around with her tongue. The two plum blossoms gradually lost their flavor, but Lihua still smelled the refreshing aroma. She couldn't help but bite them with her teeth, but the captain immediately handed over an ashtray and said: "Spit it in!" Lihua was flattered, and even though she was reluctant to let go, she spit it out quickly. Two white plum cores swirled around in the brown glass jar and became immobile after being stained with cigarette ashes.
