Evie Wants a New Life
About This Novel
Evie, a girl who grew up in a single-parent family, grew up under the care of her father. She is cunning, smart, and rebellious. After graduating from high school, she suddenly realized: a whole world was open to her, with endless possibilities for her to embrace, but no one told her what to do with the rest of her life. The stoic and fantasy-loving Evie began her own exploration and experiment. But the cramped field life has not changed at all, and the people around her (and her father) are not very cooperative. Even the flamboyant and noisy Christine continues to cause her all kinds of troubles. By chance, Evie found a photo in which the woman laughing at the camera was called Caroline, who had been away from home for many years. Evie began to eagerly inquire about all kinds of information about Caroline. She decided that this (mature) woman who moved from a small town to a metropolis could show her a new life. Not long after, Evie actually met Caroline. Her life has also undergone a completely new change, and a new life is blowing to her with the summer wind.
