The plot in which the corpse-scented konjac causes people to have hallucinations is very strange. The story of Longling Mysterious Cave is divided into three parts. In the first part, Hu Bayi, Fatty and Da Jinya went to rob the tomb together and entered a very strange tomb. This tomb was originally a tomb from the Tang Dynasty, but it was superimposed on the ghost tomb of the Zhou Dynasty. I really like the plot of the hanging soul ladder in it. The Soul-Suspended Staircase is really weird. At first, I thought they had walked into a strange space and couldn't get up and down the stairs. Later it was discovered that it was a problem with the ladder itself. Some special landmarks were designed to give people the illusion that they were walking on the same section, but in fact they didn't know where they were going. The stairs themselves are intricate and divided into many paths, making people more and more lost as they go. Especially when you can't tell your direction in the dark. The second part of "Longling Mysterious Cave" begins to write about the origin of the curse they received, introducing a historical event. In fact, it was also a tomb robbing incident in the past. The protagonists were Elder Liaochen and Partridge Whistle (who later became Shirley Yang's grandfather). But this story doesn't feel very interesting. Then the third part of the story returns to modern times, describing what happened in a village, leading to the tomb of King Xian. The whole book of Yunnan Worm Valley is about Shirley Yang, Hu Bayi and Fatty going to rob the tomb of the king. I feel like this book is a bit messy, maybe because there are too many plots.
