About This Novel
I immediately got up at a sprint speed of 100 meters, called Ahan, said briefly, and ran to where I was. I silently said in my heart not to have any surprises. But Ahan and I were stunned for a moment. From a distance, we could see bright lights in front of us, the sound of ambulances was still ringing not far away, and police cars were parked in a large area. I wanted to go over, but Ahan pulled me from behind. He shook his head at me, grabbed me and turned around to go back. The next morning it was just dawn, and Ahan and I went out. As soon as the newspaper seller came on the street, we couldn't wait to buy one. Turning over, there was a shocking report on the headlines: A man was stabbed in the heart on XX Street last night. After resuscitation failed, he died at XX Hospital at about 5 o'clock this morning. Police suspected a vendetta and found some physical evidence at the scene.
