About This Novel
After World War I, the United States quickly went from prosperity to an unprecedented "Great Depression." President Roosevelt, who advocated innovation, promoted the Blue Eagle Plan to balance the "left" and right forces and stabilize the domestic situation. In the face of the expansion of Germany, Italy and Japan, the domestic isolation sentiment made Roosevelt powerless. France fell and the United States began to intervene in the war. The "Pearl Harbor" incident broke out and the United States entered the war. Roosevelt made a speech: "I believe the only thing we have to fear is fear itself."
