I didn't like this novel after reading it for five years. I watched it again when it was made into a TV series. I still didn't like it. The two people took their love too far. The male protagonist never understood the heroine. Why should you love others as much as others love you? It's extremely selfish. Why wait for seven years? You clearly know why the heroine left. Since you love her, don't you know that you have solved the problem? He didn't want to go to the heroine. He deserved to wait for seven years. He blamed others for not loving him enough and tried every means to seek revenge. It was cowardly for the heroine to forgive him in front of so many people.
