About This Novel

This book by Caviar tells a series of stories about the cast member, Lan Xinyi, the wife of the president who committed suicide by jumping off a building. She fell down with her, but when she woke up, her soul traveled to Lan Xinyi, and then she had a series of stories with the president You Zhan. Next, Baobao would like to share with you some of my thoughts after reading~ First of all, the setting of the whole story is quite unique. A plot like this with a unique style is very attractive if it is well written, but if it is not executed well, it is easy to cause problems. Let's talk about some of the content in this book. I personally feel that the author did not handle it very well and the pace was a bit fast. For example, the relationship between Wei Wei and Hua Yi in the book is told directly to the reader at the end without any explanation or foreshadowing in the preface, which feels a bit abrupt. Although there may have been some hints of small details before, I always feel that the author did not explain it clearly, leaving people confused. Secondly, I think the author has some minor shortcomings in the emotional description of the male protagonist You Zhan. What kind of feelings does he have for his supporting actress Mo Yunbai? Personally, I feel that this point was not made clear. In the early content about You Zhan and Mo Yunbai, the author's content made me feel that You Zhan was worried about her, but also rejected her because of his illness. He was very entangled in himself, and even gave the impression that he liked Mo Yunbai in some details. And as Mo Yunbai said, if it was really the brother's feelings for his sister, why was there a kiss two years ago? And what exactly happened that day when he was drunk? Why did he marry Mo Yunbai while talking about falling in love with the heroine? The author has not explained these various plots clearly, which inevitably makes people feel that the male protagonist's feelings are somewhat impure. I read this novel as a physical book in the library 6 years ago. I liked it very much. It took me two days to read it. I felt that the setting was particularly attractive. Now my impression is a bit blurry. I unexpectedly found it by chance in a bookstore. I really miss the time when I read it page by page. The past bits and pieces are like yellowing leaves slowly touching my heart, an unforgettable "exclusive memory". I want to revisit this novel that carries memories! !
