Doris is 96 years old. She lives alone in an apartment in Stockholm. In addition to watching the nursing staff who take care of her every week, the only remaining time in her life is to video chat with her great-niece Jenny in San Francisco. After an accident, Doris was admitted to the intensive care unit. Jenny came to take care of her and found a dusty red leather notepad while cleaning up the apartment. The book was full of crossed-out names and shocking past events that Doris had never heard of in advance. As she continued to read, Jenny unexpectedly uncovered the mystery of her own life experience, and discovered the secrets and regrets that Doris had hidden throughout her life.
