About This Novel
The novel tells the story of a chip engineer (Yang Yucheng) from Taiwan who met a girl (Lin Shu) from Zhejiang during a business trip to Suzhou. There are huge differences in the growth environment and cultural background of the two people, but because of this difference, they become more and more curious about each other during the communication, which in turn breeds feelings. After coming to Shanghai to work from Taipei, Yang Yucheng's career was getting better and better, but due to a sudden accident, his career was forced to press the pause button, which also put an end to his romance with Lin Shu. When ideals encountered harsh reality, when beliefs turned into ironic dramas, Yang Yucheng began to rethink the direction of his life. With the help of Lin Shu and his friends, he finally emerged from the haze and made a huge contribution to the disruption of the chip industry.
