A pair of police academy graduates embarked on different career paths after graduation. Wu Shilan joined the Ningcheng City Criminal Police Team and was active on the front line of criminal investigations; Chen Jiayu became a prison guard, mocking himself as staying in "the place where time passes the slowest in the world."
